UN NUOVO CUSINO ..... A NEW PILLOW .....

Lo so, lo so ho trascurato il blog in effetti è stato un periodo molto affannato, tra ristrutturazione di casa (non ancora finita) i ragazzi, gli open day della mia piccola che stà scegliendo le superiori passano le settimane e nemmeno me ne accorgo ........

siamo già a natale, mancano pochissimi giorni ed io sto correndo in giro in cerca degli ultimi regali da acquistare e naturalmente sto confezionando gli ultimi regali hand made per le persone a me più vicine che comprendono quanto tempo, passione e amore vi sono nelle creazioni che faccio .....

Ma bando alle ciance .... vi mostro l'ultimo cuscino fatto, simile ai precedenti ( in effetti vedo che sono poche le spose che osano nei loro cuscini) molto classico, fatto per una sposa " Rosa", la futura cognata di una mia amica ..... che si è sposata se non mi sbaglio a settembre!!! accidenti sono imperdonabile 3 mesi per mostrare il suo cuscino .......

Il cuscino come dicevo è classico, rettangolare cucito con la stoffa fornita dalla sposa del suo abito (di solito faccio chiedere all'atelier un pezzo di stoffa dell'abito, se proprio non la concedono tento di avvicinarmi il più possibile con il colore) e rose applicate color rosa/glicine strass e volant, naturalmente con le iniziali ......

eccomi di nuovo, in questo periodo (non ci posso credere) trovo anche il tempo per aggiornare i miei due blog ... mi sembra così strano, ma è anche vero che ancora non sono iniziate le scuole quindi ho veramente un poco più di tempo ....

UN NUOVO CUSCINO PER LE FEDI ..... A NEW PILLOW FOR WEDDING .....

oggi vi propongo un nuovo cuscino ..... modello già visto, ma con le solite modifiche e personalizzazioni che una raggiante sposina mi ha richiesto, sempre nuovo ....
Questa volta il classico cuscino rettangolare con nastri e roselline è stato confezionato nei toni del bianco e celeste per intonarlo non all'abito, non agli addobbi ma alle bomboniere.

il risultato è stato davvero impeccabile (mi stò ancora complimentando da sola  .... eh eh ), anche perchè per non farlo proprio uguale uguale ai precedenti  ho aggiunto tre punti luce sull'angolo a destra in basso e per fermare il nastrino di raso un punto con cotone Mulinè che si intona perfettamente al nastro.

QUASI OTTO MESI .... ALMOST EIGHT MONTHS ......

... già quasi otto mesi senza aggiornare il blog, non è che sono stata con le mani in mano .... tante amiche che partorivano .... tanti lavoretti richiesti all'ultimo minuto ... i regali di natale per le mie due amiche con cui ci troviamo spessissimo e che amano l'hand made e i vari parenti  .... di cui però devo recuperare le foto perchè incasinata come ero non mi sono ricordata di farle  ..... :((((

Comunque a parte i vari lavoretti e la salute che quest'anno ha lasciato molto a desiderare .... ho anche un figlio adolescente .... e la seconda che

è molto più matura rispetto alla sua età e comunque ha 12 anni che è già in piena preadolescenza ... che mi stanno esaurendo!!!!

Ma bando alle ciance ...... l'ultimo cuscino consegnato è, se posso dirlo, molto bello (ma la mia opinione non conta per me sono tutti bellissimi) ..... base in juta e color lavanda ..... una particolarità la rosa che tiene fermo il mazzettino di lavanda e spighe è fatto con la cerniera, anzi con una cerniera divisa in due piegata e arrotolata poi le due metà sovrapposte per creare una rosa più ricca .... insieme all'imbottitura è stata inserita della lavanda esiccata che nel momento in cui verrà toccata rilascerà il suo profumo inebriante e con dell'olio essenziale diluito e spruzzato sull'imbottitura .....
